Even while possessing the performance spectrum expected of vocal superstars,
Kendra Northgard probably would’ve signed her recording contract in exchange for
a new iPod and a bucket of ice cream; she simply loves performing.
 Well-aware
of the tingly feelings between major record labels and entertainment media,
Kendra and indie label AP Sound shamelessly decided, last year, to record the
best country single of the decade, even while knowing that they surely couldn’t
acquire the media blessings reserved for labels boasting a bountiful supply of
reciprocal back-scratching.

And now, after having released “Don’t Dance So Fast” and piling-up a mountain of
music promotion debt, AP Sound has produced the subsequent music video on a
budget rivaling that of a 20-minute wedding tape.  Yep, it’s that good.  The new
video can be viewed by

"Don't Dance So Fast" can be purchased at iTunes, Amazon and most other
popular music sites.

Somewhere between adolescent music idol swoon-fests and slow drawl down-
on-my-luck country music fables, is Kendra Lea Northgard, the fresh voice of
today’s country music. Undeniably unique and compelling, Kendra’s voice and
presence softly separate the mind from reality.

Kendra Lea (pronounced lee), in conjunction with AP Sound, has recorded her
debut single “Don’t Dance So Fast”.  “I loved recording this song because it
provides a sincere message that everyone should take to heart.  To me, the song
is about enjoying life fully and strengthening relationships, whether it be with God,
family, friends or your spouse”, Kendra said.

Since barely out of diapers, Kendra has performed at every opportunity.  Still
today, the stage continues to call-out her name and command exquisite
showcasing of her medley of talents. She craves performing as much as her
audience craves the experience.  Kendra Lea, 19, grew-up in South Carolina
and southwestern Ohio.
Kendra resides near Cincinnati and attends college in
Indiana, majoring in Music with Dance as her minor.  An innate hard worker,
Kendra is paying for school on her own
