Somewhere between adolescent music idol swoon-fests and slow drawl
down-on-my-luck country music fables, is Kendra Lea Northgard, the
fresh voice of today’s country music. Undeniably unique and compelling,
Kendra’s voice and presence softly separate the mind from reality.
Kendra Lea (pronounced lee), in conjunction with AP Sound, recorded
her debut single and
music video, “Don’t Dance So Fast”.  Although
produced by a label with no prior friends in media from which to call-in
favors, the remarkable single has been played on nearly 100 terrestrial
radio stations. Most recently, Kendra performed on The 10 Show, on
Philadelphia’s NBC affiliate.

Since barely out of diapers, Kendra has performed at every opportunity.
Still today, the stage continues to call-out her name and command
exquisite showcasing of her medley of talents. She craves performing as
much as her audience craves the experience. Even while possessing the
performance spectrum expected of vocal superstars, Kendra probably
would’ve signed a recording contract in exchange for a new iPod and a
bucket of ice cream; she simply loves performing.

Kendra Lea, 21, grew-up in South Carolina and southwestern Ohio.
Kendra currently resides near Cincinnati and attends college in Indiana,
majoring in Music Performance and Dance.  An innate hard worker,
Kendra is paying for school on her own.
